Chicken Meatballs

The politicians aren’t representing us very well. The reporters are gossiping more than reporting. The focus is on hate and my health is at risk.

My husband made a funny joke last night, after hearing Joe Biden entered the presidential race despite rumors he is too touchy-feely. “America needs a hug, vote uncle Joe for President.”

We like to watch channel 103 otherwise known as MSNBC. So while watching tv in the kitchen I prepared our favorite dinner. I call “Chicken Meatball Lettuce Wraps.”
